Payment problems?

Hello,

Has anyone else had issues with payment? I've been frequenting this site - and purchasing for four years now. Recently, there has been an increased delay after ordering a video. It has been a full 40 minutes since I ordered the video, but there has been no update or download link provided. The status page merely says, "Processing your payment."

What does that even mean? How can it possibly be taking so long? No other site has any such delay.

Hi NS,
A few orders in the past few months I have done did not allow instant access to the videos I had purchased. It did take anything from 10 minutes to an hour. With that being said, the last purchase I made was instant.
